The cervix is not changed for a moment of pregnancy. The only difference is the color. They begin to produce a milky substance after Preggo time being.

The neck should not change their position before the period or at any other time, if you are pregnant. Next point is not usually change before the end of pregnancy. (He has, however, a function called "hood" when sexually aroused. Suggestion to the ligaments that support the uterus or cervix with a temporary contract, which pulls the neck and let the cause way during sex. Kinda handy, is not it ?)
