Pain in my Knee, What is it from? - tightness behind knee depression
When I sit with my knees bent (fire SIT) difficulty straightening the knee. It is a strain behind his knee pain. I have to go very slowly and help with my hands.
When I was younger, I had problems with this shift in the knee and I had to do special exercises to improve it. No pain when walking or running. I can move and stairs without problems. You can even crawl on his knees without pain. Please can someone explain what could this pain?

It could be something with the muscles in this area are not close () only one example.
